Perennial Saison des Rêves is a collaborative saison brewed with Perennial’s friends in Belgium Brasserie de la Senne.

What began as a collaboration with Yvan de Baets + Brasserie de la Senne, turned into a fan favorite.

It is brewed with European-grown Pilsner malt, 40% spelt, and dry-hopped lightly with fresh vintage Huell Melon. Finally, the saison was package-conditioned for ultimate crispness and crushability.

Drinking this beer reminds us of the freshly cut grass after a light rain of cantaloupe chunks, the first roll of a soccer ball over the morning dew on a chilly spring Midwest morning, and the version of He’s Gone from the 10/15/76 show in LA. 5.2%
