Poderi Cellario E Rosato (1-Liter)
Rosé wine produced from a bloodletting of two important vineyards. The contact with the skins is about a day, so that it can ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in cement tanks, unclarified and unfiltered wine.
The nose releases red fruits and spices, the mouth is fresh with a nice final tannin. Spontaneous fermentation.
Vineyard work is organic (soon to be certified) and all the fermentation take place with indigenous yeasts. Sulfur is only added in tiny quantities at bottling if necessary (a practice not common with a winery in this mid-size range).
