Serpents in the Bramble is a new collaboration with our Oakland friends at Ghost Town Brewing. We blended ours and Ghost Town’s West Coast IPA brewing techniques and inspiration to create a uniquely bold and over-the-top New Zealand-themed IPA.

Serpents in the Bramble showcases Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Sauvin Cryo hops over a foundation of Pure Idaho Pils malt.

Pouring a radiant pale gold with a white head, the aroma bursts from the glass displaying a mix of white wine, crushed blackberry, and succulent honeydew. The flavor profile unfolds with pineapple, blackberry, apricot, and lingering dank notes. It’s a fruity and bitter West Coast IPA with qualities of pristine New Zealand terroir in each sip…what could be better?
