Pure Project Wind Canyon

West Coast India Pale Ale

Introducing Wind Canyon, our newest West Coast IPA made with all West Coast-grown hops. Brewed exclusively with a selection of premium hops from Washington—Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo—Wind Canyon embodies the essence of this classic beer style in every sip.

Pouring a radiant pale gold color with a white head, Wind Canyon greets the senses with enticing aromas of lemon, lime, and cherry jam. Expect a burst of flavors on the palate, from bitter orange and vibrant lime zest to succulent strawberry and passion fruit. With its clean bitterness and complex fruity profile, Wind Canyon is a tasteful tribute to the beauty of the West Coast.
