The Phuture is bright with this special collaboration brewed with North Park Beer Co. and Harland Brewing. This murky IPA leans on a mystical ingredient, aptly named Phantasm. Dependent on the annual Sauvignon Blanc grape harvest in Marlborough, New Zealand, Phantasm is an extract made from the skins of these grapes, renowned for their intense aroma. When added during late fermentation, Phantasm helps to create a juicy beer profile with strong essences of tropical fruit. As expected, our murky IPA embodies tropical notes of guava, passion fruit, and peach, plus hints of gooseberry and pomelo thanks to the addition of Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops.
