Chasing Citra deftly traverses the tightrope between Hazy and West Coast IPAs, incorporating the yeast of a West Coast IPA and the malt bill/hopping regimen of a Hazy one. Our incorporation of 100% Citra hops results in a beer with a vibrant aroma that includes notes of tangerine, peach, and passion fruit. These hop-oil derived aromas gently fade into a low-moderate bitterness before finishing clean and refreshing.
