BARREL AGED/SOUR PORTER
Propitiation was born from one of the six components of the Toronado 25th Anniversary beer. It was aged in used Petite Sirah wine barrels for 12-15 months before being removed and carbonated. The beer is dry and light in body but full of rich chocolate and coffee notes with a mild sour/tart finish.
