Saints Hills Black Dalmatian 2017
Black is 100% Plavac Mali that comes from our two Dalmatian vineyards Sv. Roko in Komarna and Sv. Lucia in Dingač. We get it as the second blend of these two plavacs, that part of the wine that is neither Dingač nor Sv. Roko. It ages in large wooden tanks, concrete and small barrique barrels. The smaller brother of these two bluefish, goes well with blue fish, meat or classic dishes with meat sauces.

It is very nicely balanced and soft on entry into the mouth with flavors of cherry vanilla, black raspberry and cassis. The tannins are smooth and the finish is elegant and persistent.” (93 Pts)
