Seek Beer Co. New Strategy

Fresh Kiln West Coast IPA

Fresh Kiln Hops, from our friends at CLS Farms, are the freshest hops you can get that aren’t Wet Hops.

Available only during Fresh Hop Season, these hops are dried in a kiln and shipped as quickly as possible. This process lends itself to producing hops that retain as much oil and aromas while also making sure that they don’t spoil. The dried hops are not pelletized, meaning they retain their shape and all of those delicious oils we love! It’s as fresh as it gets!

Hopped with the Fresh Kiln Comet hops and a little bit of Simcoe hops.

Aromas of Kiwi, Lime and Rainbow Sherbet.

5.9% ABV
