At SierraVita, we adhere to practices of symbiotic viticulture without the use of pesticides. We employ traditional horse-drawn plowing, reducing the reliance on tractors. Our harvest is done by hand, and our winemaking process is correction-free.
A delicate balance and respect for the land is our ideology. We believe in working with the field and nature instead of destroying it. This includes respect for biodiversity and the use of organic and natural products in vine cultivation and winemaking. That is why our winemaking methods are meticulously evaluated every year.
We are ideally located in the heart of the Valle de Guadalupe wine region in Baja California.
