The inaugural release of our American farmhouse ale in 2010 set the tone for our style-bending approach to both beverage & design. It fuses the structure of America Pale Ale with Belgian farmhouse yeast & hops from New Zealand. Biscuit malt base dressed with Simcoe, Centennial & Nelson Sauvin – all pulled together with our signature farmhouse ale yeast. Select elements pulled from classic styles, thoughtfully reassembled to create something unique & integral.
