One of our favorite recipes to return to each year. Built on a complex base of specialty malt, but kept in a very drinkable ABV ideal for numerous refills.

Hopped with our selected Chinook and Cascade and fermented fruity with classic English Ale yeast.

Notes of chocolate milk, cherry cordial, and toasted brioche.

After founding one of San Diego’s longest standing craft beer bars, Kevin and Kyle Conover looked to establish a world class, neighborhood brewery & restaurant in the heart of North Park. Brewing operations led by former head brewer of Mikkeller, Daniel Cady. Cady brings years of experience brewing a wide range of styles as well as numerous awards under his barrel aging program. His technical prowess and level of creativity create for a very unique skillset that comes through in all of his beers.
