Another fun addition to our collection of 2024 harvest WET HOP beers!

FROST FACTORY is our second go at a Cold IPA: a cool fermentation, a crunchy grain bill, and some fun hops combine to make for a unique expression of fresh hop character and contemporary flair.

We used a mountain of whole cone, freshly picked, Crystal wet hops in the brewhouse and steeped the hot wort before sending to the cellar for fermentation. A couple days later, we received some tasty Cascade wet hops and began a 3 day long recirculation to dry hop the full volume – this allowed some wonderful yeast interaction, which created some bright, extra fruity hop character.

Taproom Beer Co. Frost Factory is lean, clean, and complex with fresh hop nuance and defined fruit qualities.
