The glass jumps with pine resin and dehydrated orange slices, akin to classic Pacific Northwest hop character, while a definitive floral, herbaceous undertone works it way out. While still lean, a firm bitterness snaps and cleans the palate for more enjoyment.

After founding one of San Diego’s longest standing craft beer bars, Kevin and Kyle Conover looked to establish a world class, neighborhood brewery & restaurant in the heart of North Park. Brewing operations led by former head brewer of Mikkeller, Daniel Cady. Cady brings years of experience brewing a wide range of styles as well as numerous awards under his barrel aging program. His technical prowess and level of creativity create for a very unique skillset that comes through in all of his beers.

We have always created everything in the spirit of collaboration, innovation, independence and tradition. As brewers, beer lovers, and advocates of exceptional beer, we take great pride in our finished product.
