Premium Lager is back in time for the warmer months! This batch we used 100% Mecca Grade Estate Malt, from a craft maltster in Madras, Oregon. A family operated farm for 8 generations!
We brewed Premium using Pelton Pilsner Malt and Gateway (an under-modified barley, requiring more intensive mashing techniques.)
Clean, crisp, and balanced with a touch of sweetness. A perfectly nuanced malt profile that provides subtle aromas of fresh bread and honey.

We wanted to create an opportunity for the drinker to experience how much flavor is impacted by malt. Most of all, showcase what “the little guys” are capable of.
