Teliani Valley Glekhuri Saperavi Qvevri 2020

Wine made from Georgian indigenous grape variety Saperavi, using Georgian ancient traditional technology – wine is made in “Qvevri” the clay vessel that is buried underground. Fermentation process continues 10 days. Once the fermentation is finished, grape skins are removed from the wine. Grapes are harvested in village Kisiskhevi, from our own vineyards.

Beautiful dark inky color. Aromas of red cherry and complex, concentrated flavors of red currant, cranberry and blueberry. The wine has medium to high acidity and a balanced tannin structure.
