The grape is selected and picked manually, the yeast are the indigenous ones and the clarification takes place naturally, by racking the wine several times before bottling.

VINIFICATION
Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, subsequent static decantation to clear the must, fermentation in steel tanks (Malvasia) and barriques of 3rd / 4th passage (Carricante), with bâtonnage and lees contact for about 6 months.
