Every vintage the Jazz Odyssey white blend turns out a little different form the year before. This year it’s Riesling (65%) Gewürztraminer (25%) and Muscat (10%). No matter the vintage, it’s always delicious.
Teutonic is a small-production winery that strives to make the finest Alsatian and German style wines in Oregon. Their farming practices are sustainable, heavily influenced by organic practices, and in the direction of biodynamic agriculture while keeping in mind the mantra of old/cold and high/dry.
