I believe in indigenous Georgian grapes, native wild yeasts, low-intervention, ancient Qvevri vinification and alive, purposeful Georgian Wines.
All my wines are sourced from 20 year-old vineyards in Kartli and are made at my home with love and respect.
VINIFICATION
Spontaneous fermentation in 900L-1300L Qvevri, 3 week skin-contact in Qvevri, stabilized in Qvevri after maceration until Spring and then bottled.
