Among The Willows is our flora/human hybrid West Coast IPA. Bright but with a touch of lupulin haze, aromatic, soft bitterness, and JUST a touch of malt – the way a WC IPA should be. Hopped heavily, like a tree humanoid should be, with Citra, Strata, and Motueka. These hops together create complex aromas and flavors of dank noble fir, lemon beebrush, sage, and orange marmalade.
