There Does Not Exist Heavy Wings

Pilsner

5.2% ABV

Heavy Wings is a Bohemian style Pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt + some lightly kilned specialty malts, then hopped with German and Czech hops.

A practice in patience, Heavy Wings was lagered for many moons until naturally carbonated, then filtered brilliantly clear. Subtle notes of sweet graham cracker and hay on the palette followed by aromas of noble hops.

At face value Heavy Wings is a basic beer but, upon further imbibing, discover the depth of Bohemian Pils!
