Flavor Profile:
This Black Kolsch is dark in color with a boisterous malt character and a dry, crisp finish. Crisp, delicate, and easy to drink, Black Kolsch is what some would call a beer hybrid. We use lager brewing methods and ale yeast to produce qualities of both lagers and ales in this rendition.

For this beer we collaborated with one man industrial doom metal project, Author & Punisher, a local musician having just released his latest album “Krüller,” and provided us the inspiration for this absolutely crushable Kolsch. Using his self-built Drone Machines to fabricate a specific and unique sound, A&P creates tracks serving as anthems for decay, condemnation and ultimately mourning.
