Toreta Pošip 2021
Pošip can often produce a lot of sugars on the vine and result in some of the biggest and fullest bodied whites in Dalmatia. It can easily be coaxed into making sweet wines as well. When it is grown and cropped back however, it can keep these powerful lush flavors but remain incredibly light on its feet.

Composition: 100% Pošip (Poe-ship)
Soils: Red iron rich soil
Maceration & Aging: 4 hours maceration. Cold control fermentation. 50% selected yeast, 50% natural yeast. Aging 80% in stainless steel and 20% in Slavonian oak barrel for 8 months.
Residual Sugar: 1.4 g/l
Acidity 5.7 g/l
