Classic saison meets modern day hop varieties. Light, dry, and full of flavor by way of kohatu, Idaho 7, and whole leaf cashmere.

Green fog is a light, dry hoped farmhouse ale. A half Pils/half wheat grist fermented by a unique yeast strain isolated honeycomb gives the beer a wonderful bright lime note, while kohatu and Idaho 7 layer the profile with fruity complexities.
