Selection of vineyards, attentive grape harvest in containers of 20kg capacity in order to avoid crushing and oxidation during transportation. Classical method of red wine vinification with extraction of 5 – 6 days at 28 – 30°C. Defermentation and malolactic fermentation follow.
12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle.
BOUQUET / PALATE
The first sense of aroma is that of wood of the barrel. Intense tannins are seen in the palate, but they blend harmoniously. Warm, mouthfull with balanced acidity and persistent taste of red fruit and spices.
