Manual harvest in small baskets.
Vineyards planted at 850 metres above sea level in Sotillo de la Ribera, the vines are trained using the traditional goblet pruning system.
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Aged for 6 months in half French and half American oak barrels in a 16th century underground cellar at a constant temperature of 12ºC, conditions that allow our wines to age well and retain that elegance and richness of sensations.
