Made in an ecological territory, with organic processes, fully respecting the character of our vineyards. Unguarded wine, made with grapes from our best Garnacha Tintorera plots (100%), which are harvested during the second and third week of September.

Aging: 8 months in concrete tanks and 6 months in French oak barrels

Wine Advocate – “The 2019 Venta La Vega Ternario 1 is pure Garnacha Tintorera from the only trellised vineyard they have, planted ungrafted 25 years ago at 800 meters in altitude. The wine has 12.8% alcohol and good freshness. It fermented with some full clusters and matured in 20,000-liter oak vats and concrete for seven months. There is more concentration here and more structure; the tannins are chalky and the texture serious, and the finish is long and dry. It looks like 2019 is going to be a pleasant and approachable year. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in late June 2020.” (91 Pts)
