Wine Making
For this particular red wine the grapes were harvested by the middle of October. In the cellar the grapes were destemmed and introduced to a classic mash fermentation. After several hours the fermenting mash was pressed out and the rest of the fermentation was completed in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was racked and filtered before being bottled.
