Then there are pieces of work like us and Enegren, sticking to what we know and brewing what we love; West Coast IPAs and classic German lagers, respectively. So when we decide to do a zusammenarbeit together, brewing a West Coast Lager isn’t hype, it’s combining what we both love into something that’s definitely not a Cold IPA. Prost!

Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.

SLOW WINK is brewed in collaboration with the wonderfully talented Matts at Fremont Brewing. So many Matts on both sides of this equation. We went hard after that classic, bitter, resinous, dank, dry, West Coast IPA.
Double dry hopped with Talus, CTZ + Chinook to layer in grassy pine character & HBC 630 to counter with cantaloupe smoothie. On the pour, pine & grapefruit aromas drop you deep into the Pacific NW.

There Does Not Exist Stellar Fawn
West Coast IPA
Stellar Fawn is an intergalactic space elk style IPA brewed with a mix of 2 Row and Pilsner malts + a touch of wheat. This grist keeps the body light and lets the focus fall to the hop profile. Hot side hopping with Simcoe and Cashmere lay down fruity base for the Citra, Strata, Chinook dry hop. All these hops come together to form notes of sweet dragon fruit, peach blossom, and fruity Flintstones vitamins. Note: This beer is tasting fucking awesome right now.

El Segundo Squirrel-Toothed Tiger
We obviously love Smog City and what they brew (hence this collab), but when the idea behind the collaboration is to work separately and one up every detail about the other’s best-selling beer, well then, this is an all out battle!
We went hoppier, Americanier, and, dare we say, downright more majestic than a pre-historic squirrel on their best day. Sure, the tiger may look friendly, albeit a little funny, but it remains a tiger with a, inherrent instinct to kill nonetheless!
This hoppy American Amber ale has aromas of candied citrus and pine resin with stone fruit and flavors of peach cobbler and caramel.
