Beachwood Melrose IPA
A full-blown “West Coast-Style” IPA chocked full of sticky hop resins. Melrose is brewed with American 2-row malt and a touch of Canadian “honey” malt to accentuate the tropical and citrusy flavors of the Simcoe and Amarillo hops. This beer is generously dry-hopped for an over-the-top aromatic experience.

Dank-Hopped IPA
We plucked from the family tree some of the stickiest of the ickiest hops for this IPA: Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe. This trio of buds rolls together with a dank medley that will remind you of your old-school stash. There’s a resinous smell of pine and just a touch of pithy grapefruit. Joining the party is rye and honey malt. The rye blazes forward with grassy and earthy notes that accentuate the hop character.

Dank & Sticky begins with freshly peeled citrus zest and piney aromas on the nose leading to a smooth and slightly creamy mouth-feel, bursting with grapefruit and mango notes with a considerable “Dank” resinous finish.

Wren Park – Wren House Brewing Collab – TDH Hazy Triple IPA
We wandered into the desert with our friends at Wren House and came out the other side with another mash up collaboration! We took each of our GABF Gold Medal winning beers (Spellbinder and Art is Hard) and cranked them up three times to bring you “Wren Park” TDH Hazy Triple IPA with Cascade, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Motueka. We are getting copious notes of red strawberry, juicy orange, tropical pineapple and perfectly ripe blueberries. These delicious flavors are creating the perfect oasis for your taste buds to kick back, relax and enjoy our latest hazy brew. We are so stoked at how this one turned out and super grateful that we were finally able to make some beer with our friends in Phoenix!

For our latest West Coast IPA, we teamed up with our good buddies from Alvarado Street Brewery and it is “Mai” pleasure to present “Flamingo-Fu!” DDH WCIPA with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra Incognito, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Cryo. We ended up in a “Tai” when trying to figure out our favorite beers from each spot, so rather than “Hop” through hoops we decided to mash them up! Tropical fruit, bright blueberry, juicy strawberry and citrusy orange tasting notes take your tastebuds on a flavor packed vacation. We love how this one turned out and we are super stoked that J.C. and Biggie helped us keep West Coast IPA alive!
