We removed some of the complex malt profile we often use, going full New School with the malt bill. What does all this actually mean?

We wanted to highlight one of the first hops we fell in love with when we were young brewers, Mosaic. With a little help from her friends Simcoe and Vic Secret, this beer has captured all the things we wanted out of these hops.
