A special version of their Saison Saint Médard brewed for the holidays. Named after the town’s church, pictured on the label, this dark brown bière de garde has garnet highlights and a persistent tan head. The aroma has notes of red fruits and plums as well as toasted malt and a hint of hops. This full-bodied beer has a fruity flavor with roasted malt notes and finishes with hoppy bitterness.
