-Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with Satsuma Mandarin & wildflower honey.
-Blend of 3-year-old barrels.
This is a intensely aromatic beer with bright citrus notes melding with lovely floral undertones of lavender and jasmine, pine and bay leaf. Effervescent carbonation carries the beer over the front of the tongue directly to the mid palate where a flash of juicy citrus gives way to honey and savory earthy funk. The finish is quite dry with flavors of honey, citrus and funk lingering as the perfect balance of acidity makes the mouth water while a touch of alcohol warmth appears.
