Hazy India Pale Ale bursting with Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra & Simcoe hops
Intense mango, pine, citrus and dankness
For this ale, we wanted to focus on ridiculous flavor and aroma while keeping the bitterness in check. To do this, we employed a technique called “hop-bursting”. Sounds pretty cool, right? We agree. This means literally 95% of the hops are added after the boiling process. The result is the nose of this beer offering massive aromas of mango, citrus, peach, pine, berries and dankness, and all while – you guessed it – not being punishingly bitter!
