Characteristics: Pale gold, bright, lightly alcoholic, always light to the stomach and virtues diuretics, Abymes is also lively, fresh, perle and discreetly fruity. Very pleasant at the palate.
Recommended dishes: Serve between 8 and 10°, this wine which sparkles of clarity is drunk with ham and Savoy sausage, raclette, tartiflette, and Savoyard fondue. It’s also perfect as an aperitif with seafood and grilled fish. To consume preferably within 2 years after harvest and to serve at 10°.
