Cadarca has been grown in our wine-region for a long time. This is the grape variety that Minis has become famous for. Its color is ruby with a deeper tone than average Cadarca’s. Its taste and smell is a rich mix of spicy, wildflower and fruity flavors. The wine’s concentrated zinc content boosts men’s potential. Maybe this quality made it so well-known in Vienna in the 18th and 19th centuries. Cadarca is a fecund variety with naturally high yields, but we can obtain a high quality by setting significant yield-limits (we harvest around 5 tons/ha). This red wine is made by natural fermentation, and was matured in barrels of 5000 l.
