Origin: San Antonio de las Minas, Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico.
Blend: Vinified from 50% Chardonnay white grape and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grape.
Fermentation: Second fermentation in the bottle (traditional method).
Aging: Minimum 18 months on lees.
Nose: Floral, fragant.
Tasting notes: Very clean and crisp BdB, some nuttiness but mostly tart, refreshing with fair
complexity. Hints of dough. Blinded you would not know this is not from Champagne, let alone guess it to be a Mexican sparkler
