Sancerre Rouge Origine

Pinot Noir that is normally made with native yeast and aged in a large upright oak vat. This light, fruity and tasty Pinot Noir shows subtle pepper notes. It will be the perfect companion of white and red meat, as well as cheese, like brie or Camembert. It may be served with fish in sauce, like mullet or monkfish.
