Txakoli is a wine with a long tradition and should be served chilled (8º – 12º), holding the bottle at a medium height above the glass so it can release its full range of aromas and small carbonic bubbles.
It is obtained from native grape varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri 95% and Hondarrabi Beltza 5%, which grow in the ideal conditions offered by the warm, damp environment of the Cantabrian coast.
Straw-colored with green sparkles. Intense aroma with hints of tropical fruits (pineapple, citrus fruits….). On the palate it is fresh, fruity and full-bodied with very well-balanced acidity. The bubbles from its own fermentation can be seen.
