Our flagship dry cider, Cidre Blanc gets its name from the Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc wine yeast employed in fermentation. High-acid & effervescent, expect notes of tropical citrus and stone fruit. It is extremely versatile with food pairings, but fairs best with seafood, poultry and even pork!

Cidre Blanc is ANXO’s Flagship cider featuring GoldRush apples sourced directly from farmers within 150 miles of ANXO. We designed Cidre Blanc to be clean, crip, and approachable. If it reminds you of bubbly Sauvignon Blanc that’s because we fermented it with Sauvignon Blanc wine yeast to impart some of same notes as that famed white wine. You can expect tropical fruit notes like pineapple and melon on this extremely drinkable cider. Cheers!
