Ouest [pronounced wɛst], noun, (point cardinal, direction, situation) embodies the spirit of the Pacific Northwest as a wine-growing region.
Channeling some serious Mediterranean vibes here, with Sangiovese, Grenache, and Gamay blended and reflecting perfect salmon hues.
Low fermentation temps (all in stainless tanks, natch) translate to gorgeous aromatics and fine minerality in the glass.

VINEYARD
Site: Northwestern Yakima Valley.
Soil: The Yakima Valley soil is a combination of silt-loam, gravel, and basalt bedrock.
Vines: Organically farmed.
Varieties: Sangiovese, Grenache, Gamay
CELLAR
Vinification & Aging: Fermented spontaneously in stainless steel with varying levels of whole cluster inclusion. Aged for three months in a stainless steel tank before lightly fining and adding a small amount of sulfur.
Profile: A mineral and bright red-fruited rosé.
