A fresh and drinkable red-fruited Pinot Noir that even the most difficult to please will enjoy.

95% destemmed and 5% whole crushed. After primary fermentation the wine is racked to neutral 228L French oak barrels, then returned to tanks for settling. It undergoes full malolactic by naturally occurring bacteria, and matures for up to 8 months in barrel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
